Post: this call is looking for one or more european experts to perform the following tasks:

Conducting training sessions and consultancy services for :
Pillar 1: "Capacity building for Vietnamese intermediaries and SMEs on technical regulations" 

Contents of Services to be rendered

a) Training on: 
1. Activity 1: Training on open source regulations and business models
1.1 Module 1: Regulatory Frameworks
1.2 Module 2: Business Models

2. Activity 2: Training on open source development and European best practices
2.1 : Module 1 : Project Organization and Life Cycle
2.2 : Module 2 : Developer and User Communities
2.3 : Module 3 : Interoperability and Open Standards
2.4 : Module 4 : Collaborative Tools

3. Activity 3: Outreach to a greater number of SMEs through training conducted by the intermediaries
3.1: Module 1: Training of trainer
3.2: Module 2: On the job training and coaching

b) Provision of open content training material for further usage in the project;
c) Submission and reports on the Seminar.
