Building a FOSS Bridge between Europe and Vietnam

The main goal of the initiative FOSS Bridge "EU-Vietnam" is to boost cooperation between European businesses and the emerging Vietnamese software industry and community. FOSS Bridge supports capacity building in this sector in Vietnam and promotes business partnerships with European enterprises. Foss Bridge "EU-Vietnam" therefore looks for European companies and freelance consortia of developers who are interested in becoming active in the vibrant, fast changing and FOSS-friendly Vietnamese environment through twinning with a Vietnamese counterpart.

• The local IT companies and developers will have the opportunity to update their knowledge, to learn new models of collaborative work and to establish business contacts with Europe.
